Shopping the Sale: What to Expect
Here is what you can expect when planning your visit to Charlotte’s during our biggest sale of the year:
- Appointment length is 1 hour.
- To maximize your shopping time a stylist will call you in advance to learn more about your personal style & vision for your wedding dress. Please be sure to connect with us—this will help save time & allow you to try on more dresses!
- Each bride can bring up to 4 guests to their reservation. Please refrain from bringing children.
- A $25 appointment fee is required to hold your reservation. The $25 will be applied toward your wedding dress purchase.

Once upon a time (the fall of 2004) Jenn was working for the school district of Milwaukee when Kathy, her mom, called her with her next crazy idea…She was buying a bridal store, and she wanted Jenn to come back and help! Together they re-opened Charlotte’s and both were truly excited to start a new mother-daughter adventure.
Kathy, Jenn, and the entire Charlotte’s Team love making people’s dreams come true. Introducing brides to the dress of their dreams is a once in a lifetime experience, and every member of Charlotte’s staff still gets giddy when they help create one of the most special life memories a bride will have.
