We recommend you make an appointment. That way you will have a bridal consultant ready and waiting to make you a first priority. At Charlotte’s we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers.
How long is an appointment?
The average wedding gown appointment is about two hours. We take the time and effort to help you look for the perfect dress. Your personal bridal consultant will help you try on the dresses and provide suggestions for gowns that will fit your body type.
Do I have to bring anything to try on wedding gowns?
No. We will provide you with undergarments to try on gowns. We encourage you to bring any photos or suggestions of what you are envisioning for your dress.
How long does it take to special order my wedding gown?
The average length of time for wedding gowns to arrive is 6 to 8 months. Although, we do have some designers that can special order a new dress within three weeks.
How long does it take to special order my bridesmaid dresses?
The average time is 4 to 6 months. Again, we do have some specific styles and designers that can get specific dresses and sizes within three weeks.
Can I buy a dress out of stock or do I have to order it?
Yes, you can buy any dress you see out of stock.
What size should I get?
Bridal sizes usually differ from regular dress sizes. Your bridal consultant will take your measurements and compare those to the size chart of the company you will be purchasing from. Our bridal consultants can help you to choose a size, but the final decision on size is yours.
